bot0.ai is operated by Bot0 LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. By accessing or using bot0.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

bot0.ai provides AI-powered workforce analysis, simulation modeling, and decision-support tools. The Service analyzes organizational roles, tasks, and processes to model potential impacts of AI adoption on workforce composition, costs, and productivity.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to make employment, termination, or compensation decisions without independent human review
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond its intended use
• Use automated tools to abuse rate limits or generate excessive load
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

This service provides informational analysis only and does not constitute legal, financial, operational, or professional advice.

• Outputs are generated using AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased
• Results are not a substitute for professional consulting, legal, financial, or HR advice
• You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on the Service's output
• No guarantees of outcomes, accuracy, or completeness are made
• Simulation results are hypothetical projections, not predictions

Bot0 LLC does not use your submitted organizational data, role definitions, task descriptions, or simulation inputs to train AI models. Your data is processed solely to generate your analysis results and is retained only as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bot0 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation: loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bot0 LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is the property of Bot0 LLC. Analysis outputs generated for your account are yours to use, but the underlying models, algorithms, and platform remain our intellectual property.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Free-tier accounts inactive for 60 days may be flagged as dormant. You will receive an email warning 14 days before any action is taken. Dormant accounts may be deactivated and their data deleted after the notice period.

Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion or dormancy action, data is retained for 30 days to allow recovery, then permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification and may require re-acceptance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
